Nour Rizvi is an associate with Stream Kim specializing in municipal law, corporate governance and business transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Nour worked with a municipal law firm based in Orange County. While there, her practice ranged from handling daily city transactions to managing litigation involving civil rights claims, municipal tort liability, excessive force, and police search and seizure issues. Nour served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Perris, sitting as advisor to the City of Perris Planning Commission, as well as City Prosecutor for various Southern California cities. As City Prosecutor, Nour was a legal advisor to code enforcement officials and provided a wide range of services, including: evaluating cases, advising city staff on constitutional issues, negotiating settlements and prosecuting code enforcement cases in civil and criminal court.
Nour received her B.A., with Honors in Political Science, from the University of California, Irvine, where she majored in Political Science and received a minor in Business Management. She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
