Donna M. DiCarlantonio
Donna DiCarlantonio’s practice focuses on complex business, construction, and real estate litigation. She handles a wide variety of cases, including commercial construction and real estate, intellectual property, trade secret violations, and unfair competition disputes. Ms. DiCarlantonio represents clients through all phases of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, and through the alternative dispute resolution process.
Ms. DiCarlantonio has extensive experience in construction and land use disputes, real estate, easement, and boundary disputes, deeds and transfers, residential and commercial leases, construction defect, foreclosures and purchase and sale agreements.
Prior to joining Stream Kim, Ms. DiCarlantonio was an associate attorney for Gresham, Savage, Nolan & Tilden, PC, where her work focused on real estate and commercial litigation. Ms. DiCarlantonio has also been a judicial extern to the Honorable Walter Croskey of the California Court of Appeal. While in law school, Ms. DiCarlantonio serves as an executive editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and was a board member for the Animal Law Society.
